For all the perfectionists overwhelmed by videos of “how to maximize your life”, “my 5-9 before my 9-5” videos, and "75 Hard videos" (aka me):
- You are a human, not a machine.
- We need rest, we need study breaks, we need time to zone out and watch mindless TV, we have bad days, and we need time to recover.
- Strive for progress, not perfection, and all the good things will follow.
